Two facing charges, accused in separate shoplifting incidents from JC Penney

JACKSON, Tenn.-Two people are facing separate charges in connection with separate shoplifting incidents at JC Penney, according to Jackson police.

The first, Jennifer Jo Reed is charged with theft of property over $500 after an employee said she tried to leave the store with merchandise on Saturday afternoon. Reed’s bond was set at $20,000.

Also, charged is Brandi Neely. She is charged in a separate incident of trying to take more than $90 dollars in merchandise on Saturday .
Neely’s bond was set as $15,000.
