Man facing three counts of rape
HUMBOLDT, Tenn.-Humboldt police are investigating an alleged rape that was said to have happened last week.
Jonathon Vogt, 28, is accused of sexual contact with a 13-year-old boy.
A report from police said it happened, at least three times.
Vogt faces three counts of rape. No bond has been set.
