Second victim dies in Nashville triple shooting
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – A second victim has died after a triple shooting in Nashville over the weekend.
The Metro Nashville Police Department announced Tuesday that 33-year-old Chad Steven Miller died after he was shot in the head outside a north Nashville home Sunday afternoon.
Local news organizations report that Miller and two others were standing outside the home when a man opened fire on them. Authorities say 41-year-old Charity Adams died at the scene, while 26-year-old Kenneth Pullens was shot and wounded. Pullens was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
The suspect fled the scene in a silver Chevrolet Malibu.
The incident marked the second fatal shooting outside the home in over a month.
Nashville police spokesman Don Aaron says officials continue to investigate the motive behind Sunday’s shooting.
