Truck Crashes into Disabled Car on Highland

JACKSON, Tenn.- A morning crash on a busy north Jackson street sent three people to the hospital. According to investigators, the crash happened just after 10 a.m. on North Highland Avenue, near Rolling Acres Mobile Home Park. Police said a van became disabled and two people who stopped to help, along with the driver were in front, working on the engine when it was hit from behind. All three were injured, one critically. The wreck is still under investigation.
