Madison Co. Sheriff’s Dept. to increase patrols with ‘Booze It & Lose It’ campaign

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — Local deputies will end the year helping the state in the fight against drunken driving.

From Dec. 15 to Jan. 1, the Madison County Sheriff’s Department will partner with the Tennessee Highway Safety Office, increasing their patrol as the “Booze It & Lose It” campaign grows.

Last year, more than 220 people lost their lives in accidents related to impaired driving.
