Group of ministers with ‘Code Red’ Coalition make donation to Red Cross Haitian Relief fund
JACKSON, Tenn.-60 ministers and their spouses of the “Code Red” Coalition gathered Monday night at Lane College for their annual Christmas fellowship. However, this year’s celebration took on a different meaning.
As a special part of the proceedings, the coalition presented $3,000 to the Red Cross for Haitian relief.
With all the destruction that has happened in Haiti over the years, the ministerial group said they felt like something should be done during the Christmas season to let the people know they have not been forgotten.
