Humboldt alderman charged with disorderly conduct, assault on officer
HUMBOLDT, Tenn.-A Humboldt city leader is arrested after being accused of causing a minor injury to a police officer.
According to Humboldt police, Alderman Don Graves reportedly went to the police department to get a copy of a report.
Investigators said Graves was apparently not happy with the contents of the report and began to get loud with officers.
Officers said when the tried to arrest him he resisted and caused minor injuries to one officer.
Graves is being charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault.
