Discovery Park’s free concert series to kick off Friday

UNION CITY, Tenn. — A free concert series returns to the Discovery Park of America in time for summer.

The 2024 Rhythm on the Rails series will kick off Friday, May 17 at the Total Tech Solutions Stage.

The opening night will feature a live performance by The Dryes, a husband and wife duo who appeared on NBC’s “The Voice.”

Gates open at 5 p.m., with the show to begin at 6 p.m. with opener Olivia Faye.

This is a rain or shine event, as the show will be moved to the park’s ATA Room in the event of bad weather.

Guests are encouraged to arrive hungry or thirsty, as loaded nachos and margaritas will be available for purchase.

The free concert series will continue every Friday night through June 28.
