Marvin Arnold Lindsey

, age 82, resident of Arlington, Tennessee and husband of Ginger Lindsey, departed this life Sunday evening, May 26, 2024 at his home.

Marvin was born October 15, 1941 in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of the late William Lanceson Lindsey and Nellie Sherrill Lindsey. He graduated from Germantown High School and enjoyed woodworking.

Mr. Lindsey is survived by his wife, Ginger Lindsey of Arlington, TN; his daughter, June Allison Lindsey of Brunswick, TN; two sons, Jay Lindsey (Cathy) of Eads, TN and Jud Lindsey (Jennifer) of Eads, TN; his sister, June Presley of Fisherville, TN; seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister and several brothers.

A visitation for Mr. Lindsey will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Thursday, May 30, 2024 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Funeral Services will be at 11 A.M. Thursday, May 30, 2024 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Bro. Jim Muston, pastor of Cordova Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Seward Cemetery at Eads, Tennessee.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Jacob Lindsey, Brandon Lindsey, Brent Lindsey, Justin Stewart, Joseph Lindsey and David Lindsey.
