Lisa Ann Gardner

Lisa Ann Gardner, 60, of Union City passed away 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 26, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Lisa was born June 6, 1963, in Union City, daughter of Joyce (Busby) Ayers and the late Dale Ayers. She married Pete Gardner August 11, 2013. Lisa received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and had been employed as a travel nurse and at Unity Psychiatric Care in Martin. She enjoyed traveling.

She is survived by her husband, Pete Gardner of Union City; her mother, Joyce Ayers of Centralia, Illinois; two daughters, Courtney Chalke of Centralia, Illinois and Kaitlyn Chalke and husband Seth of Belleville, Illinois; two sisters, Tiffany Emrick of Richview, Illinois and Mona Becker of Irvington, Illinois; one brother, Richard Ayers of Sandoval, Illinois; and five grandchildren.
