Local organization shows appreciation to first responders
JACKSON, Tenn.—One organization is giving back to local first responders.
Member of the Elks Lodge #192 gathered together to provide lunch for local police officers, firefighters, sheriff’s deputies and other first responders.
The event took place from 10 this morning until 3 this afternoon at 28 Executive Drive in Jackson.
The meal included grilled burgers, hotdogs and all the trimmings.
Elks Lodge #192 was established in 1891 and has been serving the Jackson community ever since.
