One local group welcomes a special guest speaker
JACKSON, Tenn.—One organization welcomes a special guest speaker to their quarterly meeting.
The James Madison Chapter of the Tennessee Society Sons of the American Revolution hosted a meeting at the VFW Post 6496 located at 285 Airways Blvd in Jackson.
The program began at 1 this afternoon and the organization welcomed special guest speaker, Jan Bynum, Regent of the Jackson Madison County Chapter of the NSDAR.
Bynum presented a program for the group entitled “ Dining in Colonial America.”
Members of the organization were also invited to bring along a guest to enjoy the presentation.
The James Madison Chapter, TNSSAR was established in 1992, and serves 12 counties across West TN.
The group meets quarterly throughout the year in March, June, September and December.
