Rehearsals begin for the Miss Volunteer America Pageant

JACKSON, Tenn. — It’s almost time for glitz, glam, and ball gowns as contestants get ready for a big pageant.

Tonight the dress rehearsal was held for the Miss Volunteer America Pageant.

Contestants took to the stage, getting ready for night one of preliminary rounds tomorrow.

In addition to learning their choreography and positioning, the ladies are also getting ready for the four main categories of the competition.

They include private interview, evening gown, talent, plus fitness and wellness.

Preliminary rounds will be Wednesday through Friday And the crowning of the new Miss Volunteer America will be on Saturday.
