Wells Smith signs with Birmingham Southern
JACKSON, Tenn — USJ wide receiver Wells Smith signed his national letter of intent to go play football for Birmingham Southern next season.
As a Bruin, Smith hauled in 70 passes for a little over 13 hundred yards and 12 touchdowns. He also pulled in three interceptions on defense.
Smith will play wide receiver at the next level and plans to study in business.
