Amanda Lee Maloney, age 72, resident of LaGrange, Tennessee, departed this life Saturday, July 27, 2024 at her home.
Amanda was born in Bedford, Indiana, the daughter of the late Robert Spires and Roberta Eddington Spires. She graduated from Chula Vista High School and worked as a Banking Loan Officer during her time of employment. She had a fantastic sense of humor and a huge group of friends throughout her life.
Mrs. Maloney is survived by her brother, Jon Allen (Alice) of LaGrange, Tennessee; nephews, David W. Allen of Collierville, Tennessee, Jim Rudkin (Sally) of Mechanicsville, Virginia, August Allen of LaGrange, Tennessee, Greg Allen, Jr. of San Diego, California, Noah Allen of Memphis, Tennessee, Tony Cristolos of Lodi, California, Chris Allen of Lodi, California, Matt Allen of Idaho and Eric Allen of California; nieces, Nancy Rudkin of LaGrange, Tennessee, Ansley Powell of Memphis, Tennessee, Aerie Allen of San Diego, California and Cassandra Cristolos of Chicago, Illinois; and her beloved dog, Wiley.
Mrs. Maloney was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Roberta Spires; her sister, Martha Jo Wakimoto of Lodi, California; two brothers, Harrell Allen of Rome, Georgia and Gregory Allen of San Diego, California; and her beloved pet, “Goofy.”
