MVP of The Week Carson Graves
Let’s start things off out of Brownsville. As our MVP of the week will go to Carson Graves. He plays quarterback for
the Haywood Tomcats and this past Friday was 4- 5 passing for 82 yards and two touchdowns and on the ground 3 carries for 121 yards and a touchdown.
His performance led to a 56-7 win over Hardin county. Mr Graves is the ultimate competitor and is one of those players who let the
game come to him.. He is clever in the pocket and knows how to keep a defense on their toes. But, also a dual threat who will call his shot
when he sees an opening. We caught up with QB1 at practice and he spoke to why he had a big performance, his preparation for defenses, and he is not
a big stats guy. He and his team are focused on one goal for the Tomcats to take a listen.
