JPD investigating early morning shooting

JACKSON, Tenn.—Authorities are investigating an early morning shooting in Jackson.

We received a call this morning from a WBBJ-7 News tipster telling us of a shooting occurrence in Jackson.

We reached out to JPD for more information.

According to Jackson Police Department, at approximately 6 this morning officers responded to the 1000 block of Wallace Road for a reported shooting and stabbing.
