Shoppers go out for last-minute gifts as holiday season nears its end
JACKSON, Tenn. — Have you gotten everything on your Christmas shopping list this year? Many people are still trying to get those last few items checked off.
We are less than a week away from Christmas and many shoppers are trying to get those last minute gifts purchased. We spoke to one shopper who said she made sure to get all of the Christmas shopping done early, that way if anything went wrong she can go back and exchange it.
“It was done. It was wrapped. I checked my list again and I bought a wrong size. So I had to go to Kohl’s and swap it out this morning, but I am done,” said Mary Haskins, holiday shopper.
Another shopper that we talked to is an expert. She has everything done, bought and all planned out. So we asked her for some tips on people that may not have all their gifts purchased.
“Tell them if they wait too late, it will be picked over. There won’t be nothing to get,” said Bobbie Wells, holiday shopper.
