Heavy rains cause brief flood problems in northwest Jackson
JACKSON, Tenn.-When the rain did make its way to West Tennessee late Friday afternoon, it definitely made an entrance.
Just before 6 p.m., the heavy rains caused problems along McClellan Road in northwest Jackson.
