Flooded roads cause problems for drivers in Obion County
UNION CITY, Tenn.-Flash flooding in Union City, Monday afternoon caused some roads to flood and make it difficult for traffic to pass through.
One of them was Old Rives Road as traffic tried to go through the water but it was difficult. First responders had blocked the streets around 2 p.m. in the area that normally does not flood.
