Troopers Discover Marijuana Grow

Kentucky State Police have uprooted more than 100 marijuana plants found growing in the Bluegrass region. Trooper Ronald Turley said the KSP cited Terry Goodpaster into Woodford County District Court after an investigation of one-hundred ten marijuana plants led to Goodpaster’s home. Troopers found the live plants Wednesday while investigating a complaint of marijuana growing on Delaney Ferry Road. Troopers also found four ounces of processed marijuana and additional plants that were being dried. Goodpaster, of Versailles, was cited with growing five or more marijuana plants. Troopers seized the marijuana and an all-terrain vehicle.
