JTA safety notice: Change of hours due to weather

JACKSON, Tenn. — Due to the hazardous weather conditions, Jackson Transit Authority buses have stopped operating at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 19.

On Thursday, February 20, the fixed routes will begin at 8 a.m., which is a two hour delay. The Paratransit will start during normal hours at 6 a.m. This notice affects all JTA buses.

Route maps and timetables are available on JTA fixed route buses, at the JTA office, 38 Eutah Street, by mail, through our Facebook page, or through our app, Transloc.

The regular fare is $1.25. For more information about this or any matter, please call JTA at 423-0200 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during week days.
