Sam’s Club Donates Gift Cards to JCT Teachers

JACKSON, Tenn.- Some lucky teachers were given a little extra cash to help buy things for their classroom, Monday. Teachers at Jackson Career and Technology were chosen at random for $50 Sam’s Club Gift Cards. The gift cards are to be used to help advance their student’s education. The teachers said the money will not help just them but their students as well. “I’ve been making a list of things that my students need. Things that they were not able to buy at the beginning of the year and this is going to help with me going spending my own money,” said Geneva Hoyle, a First Grade teacher. “Now I can use this to help purchase the things that they need.” Sam’s Club organizers said this will be a great way for the company to give back to the community and its students.
