Police: Driver has medical issue, hits north Jackson business

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson police said a vehicle hit the back of a north Jackson business around 5:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers said a vehicle, driven by an elderly woman, hit the Skechers building on Vann Drive and three cars in the Home Depot parking lot.

Police said the driver had a medical issue. Officers said they aren’t sure if she’ll face charges.

The driver was transported to a local hospital and her condition is not known, according to police.

Investigators said no one else was hurt.

Officers say the crash is still under investigation.
