City to host 2nd annual Vendor Expo March 26

JACKSON, Tenn. — The City of Jackson‘s Purchasing Department will soon host their 2nd annual Vendor Expo.

This free event takes place on Wednesday, March 26, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, the event is designed to connect vendors, contractors, and businesses with representatives from various city departments.

“It’s a great thing,” said Zach Polk, City of Jackson Purchasing Director. “Even if you’re not trying to get business, you may just want to show up to the event. There’s always great booths by the departments. They talk about who they are, some of the stuff they do, and the functions within the city. It’s a great learning experience, as well as potential business experience for people.”
