Lights Up! Theatre Co. to present ‘The Little Mermaid Jr.’ in Jackson

Jackson, TN – March 25, 2025 — Lights Up! Theatre Co. is thrilled to announce that tickets are now on sale for its upcoming spring production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr.. This family-friendly musical will be presented April 18 and 19 at Clayton Hall, First United Methodist Church Downtown in Jackson, TN. 

Based on the beloved animated film and featuring classic songs like “Part of Your World,” “Under the Sea,” and “Poor Unfortunate Souls,” this production promises a magical and heartwarming experience for audiences of all ages. 

Directed by Grayson Hart, the show features a dynamic cast of young performers from across West Tennessee. 

“This production brings together students ages 4 to 18 who have worked incredibly hard to create a fun and entertaining performance,” said Hart. “It’s a true celebration of youth theatre, and I think families will be blown away by the energy and heart these kids bring to the stage.”
