City councilman calls attention to illegal dumping in his district
JACKSON, Tenn. — One local councilman takes to social media after he catches someone illegally dumping trash in his district.
On March 20, just before 9 p.m., Jackson City Councilman Richard Donnell (District 4) says he noticed a man illegally dumping trash along Hickory Hollow Drive in Jackson.
In the security footage provided, a man can be seen leaving behind what appears to be furniture.
Councilman Donnell has since turned over the video to the police in hopes that the suspect can be identified.
