Trenton VFW Raises Money for Green Beret Foundation

GIBSON CO. Tenn. – Dozens of people gathered at the local VFW in Trenton to raise money for Army veterans, Wednesday. Supporters gathered to meet retired Army Captain Mark Bryan. He is riding his bike across the county to raise money for the Green Beret Foundation. His ride started on July 28, in Tacoma, Wash. “Free is not free,” Bryan said. “Unfortunately right now it’s costing some people’s blood and their lives.” Bryan went on to encourage fellow Americans wot support their veterans. Bryan said he hopes to finish his ride the next three weeks.
