Union University celebrates homecoming week

JACKSON, Tenn. — Homecoming events are going on at Union University this weekend.

Different organizations, clubs, fraternities and sororities came together on campus Friday.

Event participants say it was a great way to not only get into the spirit of homecoming week but also to expose students to all that the school has to offer and, as they say, celebrate the unity of Union.

“I think homecoming is a great opportunity to rally the spirit in everybody,” said Jennifer Hansard, a member of Kappa Delta sorority. “And with that, every different organization brings something unique in addition to that quality. And it’s our differences that we get to express our excitement in.”
