Attempted Robbery In East Jackson
EAST JACKSON — Jackson Police are investigating an attempted robbery of a package store on Tuesday. A suspect described as a black male arrived at Eastgate Package at around midnight. The suspect walked up to the store’s drive-thru window and attempted to push the window open. He then attempted to throw asphalt at the windows in an attempt to break them. Police have found latent prints on the scene that will be processed. Anyone who can identify the man in the video is encouraged to call Jackson Police.
