Residents gather for an ‘Eggstravaganza in the Park’
MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — Friends and families gathered at a local park for some Easter fun.
The “Destinee Experience Eggstravaganza in the Park” was held at the Pugh Borne Park in north Madison County.
Friends and families got to enjoy a fun-filled Easter celebration with bounce houses, a bunny shop and of course an Easter egg hunt. We spoke with Destinee Boyd who shares more details from the event.
“So I’ve actually done an Easter event, it was like three years ago. I had it at Muse Park and it was about like 50 kids so this time like a said its over 250 kids, so it’s a little bit bigger this time. We’ve got the fire truck out here, the sheriff’s department, we got some food trucks out here. So we went a little bigger this time,” said Boyd.
This “eggcellent” Easter event was free to the public with complimentary food and drinks as well.
