Rolf Hazlehurst joins the District Attorney’s Office for the 28th Judicial District

Attorney Rolf Hazlehurst, former Senior Staff Attorney for Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s Children’s Health Defense, joins the District Attorney’s Office for the 28th Judicial District.

As an Assistant District Attorney for the People of Gibson, Crockett and Haywood Counties, Hazlehurst will primarily be assigned to our Circuit Courts. His professional experience for the last 6 years with the Children’s Health Defense, a nonprofit organization founded by RFK Jr., focused on complex civil litigation related to vaccine injury, vaccine mandates, Constitutional law, and State and Federal vaccination laws, including the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. Prior to his work with the Children’s Health Defense, Hazlehurst worked over 14 years as an Assistant D.A. in the 26th Judicial District of Tennessee. He has been a licensed attorney since 1995.
