What’s New Wednesday: Hub City Pools

A new business is making a splash in the Hub City!

Hub City Pools has officially opened in north Jackson.

While the business has operated for around six years, owners are now celebrating their very first storefront.

“And now this year we’ve introduced a storefront, and we sell all the chemicals and the water testing, and every service that you need for your pool, we can do it,” said General Manager Alma Mandujano.

These services include remodels, liner exchanges, and of course, new pool builds, which include options for customization.

Customers can also find parts, pool toys, self-cleaning systems and more at the new store.

Mandujano says their close-knit staff is part of what makes Hub City Pools stand out.

“We are family-owned, so we’re small,” Mandujano said. “You know, you see the same faces every day, you know, we’re out in the job site, you see either my husband, my father-in-law or my brother-in-law, and here in the store you see me, and I have two other employees, and so it’s very small.”

Mandujano says the idea for the business came from her father-in-law, who worked for a pool company for several years before helping launch Hub City Pools.

Now, she’s just one part of a team dedicated to helping pool owners in West Tennessee.

“We want them to feel welcomed here, and we wanna help them with any issue that they have going on with their pool,” said Mandujano.

Hub City Pools is located at 409 Walker Road, Suite D, in Jackson.
