Alzheimer’s Association hosts Volunteer Kickoff Party in Jackson
JACKSON, Tenn. — One organization is preparing for another season of combating a debilitating disease.
Wednesday evening, the Alzheimer’s Association held their ‘Walk to End Alzheimer’s Volunteer Kickoff’ event at Rock n’ Dough Pizza in downtown Jackson.
This event invited individuals and local leaders to learn about the Alzheimer’s Association’s vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.
This year’s annual fundraiser, the ‘Walk to End Alzheimer’s-West Tennessee’ will be held on Saturday, September 27 at Rockabillys Baseball Stadium in Jackson.
