Event Details:
SUIT up & RISE Up for an EPIC Fun Run & 5K for an even more EPIC CAUSE at the Splash &  Dash 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run benefiting the Therapy & Learning Center. The 2025 theme to celebrate our  race’s TENTH year is SUPERHEROES! TLC serves over 3,000 children and adults with special needs and  disabilities all over West Tennessee that have SUPER ABILITIES and STRENGTH to progress each day. They are the real superheroes!  

At the Splash & Dash, whether you run, walk or roll, be prepared to be SPLASHED as you DASH your way to the  finish line! Get splashed with Colored Powder, Washable Paint, Silly String, Foam Spray, and run through the  COLORFUL HUMAN CAR WASH!! Before and after the race, enjoy the SPLASH FEST that includes a kiddie car  wash, splash art walls, a petting zoo where you can paint the animals, obstacle course, powder dance party and  games. With registration, participants will not only get a race shirt but due to the generous support of our 25+  sponsors, you will receive all sorts of fun race swag! Make a whole morning of it with the family or friends.

On Saturday, May 3rd, day of the race walk-up registration will open at  8:30am at West Jackson Baptist Church with the race starting at 10:00am. All pre-registered participants should  aim to arrive around 9:00am. For more information, call 731-668-9070. This colorfully creative race is  sponsored by Los Portales Mexican Restaurant’s NORTH location. This year’s Finish Line & Medals Sponsor is  Owens Corning. 

Come to the Splash & Dash benefitting the services provided to children & adults with special needs and  disabilities in West Tennessee by the Therapy & Learning Center. The Therapy & Learning Center serves over  3,000 individuals in West Tennessee each year through outpatient pediatric clinic and school based therapy,  early intervention home services, and our Rein-Bow Riding therapeutic horseback riding program.
