NFL Star Trey Smith, sister Ashley partner with nonprofit to host all-girls flag football camp, pep rally
JACKSON, Tenn. — Registration is now open for a first-of-its-kind event brought to Jackson by two hometown heroes and an area nonprofit.
Kansas City Chiefs two-time Super Bowl champion Trey Smith and his sister Ashley Smith, NFL player engagement manager, are thrilled to announce that registration is now open for “Girls Get in the Game,” which is an all-girls flag football camp and inspirational pep rally in partnership with Girl Scouts Heart of the South.

Taking place Friday, June 20, 2025, from 4–7 p.m. CT at the University School of Jackson, this high-energy event invites local girls entering 4th through 12th grade this fall to join an unforgettable afternoon of flag football fundamentals, confidence-building and community. Girls will participate in an empowering pep rally highlighting career opportunities for women in sports and rotate through flag football drills led by Trey, Ashley and a lineup of special guests.
