UPDATE: Subject of TBI Silver Alert found safe

UPDATE: Officials confirm Collins was located and has been returned home safely.
#TNSilverAlert We need your help to find Victory Collins, who is missing from Hardeman County.
The 75-year-old is 5’7″, 160 lbs., with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen this morning in Toone. He was wearing a blue plaid shirt, jeans and brown boots, and is believed to be traveling on foot.
He has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
