‘Cousins Maine Lobster’ food truck makes its way to Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — One national food truck business is coming to Jackson.

“Cousins Maine Lobster” is a Shark Tank backed brand that has been rapidly expanding over the years.

The food trucks bring a unique flavor including specialties like the garlic butter lobster roll.

We spoke with Sabin Lomac, co-founder, who tells us more about why they chose to expand.

“We’ve heard so many good things about Jackson. We’ve heard that it’s this little tiny foodie town, for lack of better words, and we feel like we want to be represented there. We want to make the people happy. We want to serve them Maine Lobster and have them be excited,” said Lomac.

Cousins Maine Lobster will be at AutoZone located at 2159 North Highland Avenue on May 28, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
