Women veterans to be honored at annual event June 8
PRESS RELEASE FROM JACKSON-MADISON CHAPTER DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION:
Jackson-Madison Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution will host almost 50 women veterans at their annual Women Veterans Day event at 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at VFW Post 6496 at 285 Airways Blvd., Jackson.
Renee Myers, Carroll County VSO will present the keynote speech.
James Madison Chapter Sons of the American Revolution will co-sponsor this America 250! event.
The veterans will be recognized with Certificates of Honor, and treated to door prizes, celebratory cake, Doubletree cookies, and light refreshments.
