What’s New Wednesday: Sacred Adornments

JACKSON, Tenn. — Sacred Adornments is a tattoo and piercing studio in the Hub City, with a specialty in luxury body jewelry.

“We offer 14-carat gold and implant-grade titanium, we specialize in like ear curations, and adding a little flair to the piercing industry itself,” said owner Alexandra Hardee.

Hardee says along with piercings and tattoos, they also offer permanent makeup, lash services, facials and waxing.

Hardee notes that she also specializes in medical tattooing, such as services for breast cancer survivors.

While Sacred Adornments has been operating for a couple years now, this past year, they moved from downtown Jackson to a brand new location at 319 Vann Drive. The move allows them to share a space with East Main Salon, which offers full service hair care.

“While sharing the space, we are a group of creatives, that we all want everyone to do the best that they can, and we share business back and forth,” said East Main Salon Owner Kelly Carter. “So it is really cool to collaborate with tattoo artists and piercings, as well as doing hair and offering beauty services.”

Hardee says what helps their business stand out is a commitment to being a safe space for anyone, from any walk of life.

“We do a lot of kids ear piercings, and we have a lot of women in and out of here, so we’re just about creating a safe and welcoming environment,” Hardee said.

Sacred Adornments is currently open from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
