Mr. Donald Roderick “Rod” Hurt was born on October 28, 1964 in Jackson, Tennessee. He departed this life on June 17, 2025.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Hurt’s Chapel C.M.E. Church. His remains will lie in state from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at the church. Open Visitation will start on Monday, June 23, 2025 from 12:00 p.m until 6:00 p.m. at Bledsoe Funeral Home Chapel. Interment is at Hurt’s Chapel Memorial Gardens.
