Funeral service for Jerry Wayne “Jinx” Thomas, age 57, will be Friday, June 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Mercer Brothers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Parkway Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Thomas died Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Visitation for Mr. Thomas will be Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Mercer Brothers Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Mr. Thomas will lie-in-state at Mercer Brothers Funeral Home on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 9:00 AM until time of service.
