Man arrested after search reveals 8lbs of meth, several other drugs

FROM OBION COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE, SHERIFF KARL JACKSON VIA FACEBOOK:

On Thursday, June 26, 2025, a search warrant was executed by the Obion County Sheriff’s Office along with TBI and Homeland Security out of Jackson, TN and the South Fulton Police Department on a residence in South Fulton, TN. The Obion County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team secured the residence belonging to a Tyler Demond Armstrong, 34, of South Fulton. During the search, approximately 8 pounds of Methamphetamine, 1.25 pounds of Marijuana, 14 ounces of Cocaine, 24 ounces of Promethazine, and $21,315 United States currency was seized. Mr. Armstrong is currently wanted on Felony Warrants including 2 counts of Possession with Intent to Sell Schedule II, Possesion with Intent to Sell Schedule IV, and Possession with Intent to Sell Schedule VI.
