The Mill Workspace is Hosting “Managing Stress and Overwhelm in Business” After-Hours Meetup

Dyersburg, TN — July 1, 2025 — The Mill Workspace is excited to announce a special after-hours event to help professionals unwind and reset as summer wraps up. The meetup “Managing Stress and Overwhelm in Business” will focus on effective stress management and provide practical strategies for finding balance in your professional life. Whether you are a business owner or someone involved in the fast-paced business world, this workshop is designed to help you breathe easier.

The meetup will take place on Thursday, July 31 at The Mill Workspace in Dyersburg from 5:30-7:30 PM. Attendees can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere featuring a grazing table, refreshments, calming soap samples, and complementary gift bags.

The event will include an open conversation among five local panelists. Each panelist will offer insights into stress and overwhelm from different sectors of the business world including manufacturing, service, retail, non-profit, and food and beverage. The discussion will be followed by networking and prize drawings.

Panelists for the event will include Timm Johnson, owner of Green Frog Coffee & Grill; Ben Richardson, Human Resource Director at Rough Country; Stefania Wheeler, Northwest Director of Donor Development at United Way of West Tennessee; Stacey Cook, owner of Off the Square boutique; Chris Donaldson, CEO of Tencom Services, Inc. and The Mill Workspace.
