Cains for Literacy Book Drive underway through July 18

JACKSON, Tenn. — An annual book drive is underway in the Hub City.

Cains for Literacy is a grassroots initiative dedicated to promoting literacy and access to books in our community.

Through July 18, they will be collecting new and gently used books for children and families in need.

“This effort is about more than just books—it’s about empowering readers, supporting education, and building a stronger, more connected Jackson. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to fall in love with reading.”

Books can be dropped off at D180 Fitness, located at 106 Carriage House Drive in Jackson. Those interested can also check out their Amazon Wishlist here.
