However, we caught up with the newest Vols commit and he talked about why he choose good
ole rocky top and what he plans to work on individually. Take a listen.

Choosing Tennessee it wasn’t a business move but i just went with my heart honestly i felt like Tennessee just felt like home and they brought me that home energy and the environment the coaches, fans, students, even the athletes brought me was just an amazing experience when i went down for my visit so that’s what made me chose Tennessee. I’d say just developing as not only an athlete but as a student as a man just becoming a better person of myself i think and i know that i can fulfill in my future.”
Javonte will play defensive back with the Vols once he finishes his
senior season with the Indians.
