DA’s Fugitive Friday: Randy Godwin wanted in Haywood County

DA’s Fugitive Friday for July 11, 2025
Randy Godwin is wanted out of Haywood County Circuit Court for failing to appear at his scheduled court date on July 7, 2025.
He is charged with Aggravated Assault x 2, Violation of a No Contact Order, Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon x 4, Domestic Assault, Vandalism, and Theft of Property.
Mr. Godwin’s last known address was in Brownsville, TN.
If you know of Mr. Godwin’s whereabouts, please encourage him to safely surrender himself to the Haywood County Sheriff’s Department.
