Deaton’s Carpet One celebrates 50 years of serving West Tennessee

JACKSON, Tenn. — One longtime Hub City business celebrates a huge milestone by giving back to the community.

Residents gathered at Deaton’s Carpet One Floor & Home for their “Made in America” event to celebrate 50 years.

Guests got to enjoy free hotdogs with some tasty apple pie tarts.

“We invited the public out. Sometimes they come sometimes they don’t, but who comes and we appreciate that. We had a lot of customers come in just to say ‘hello’ and thank us for the 50 years we’ve been here. We appreciate that very much,” said Gary Deaton, owner.

Over 90% of Deaton’s Carpet One Floor & Home products are made in the U.S.
