Velvet Volumes hosts soft opening in downtown Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — One local business opens its doors to share iconic stories and inspire creativity with the community.

Velvet Volumes LLC is now open in downtown Jackson. They’re located inside Turntable Coffee counter & Greenhawk Records.

Their goal is to provide used books at an affordable price.

“Here at Velvet Volumes, you get the option to have sprayed edges on the newer books and we also have a trade-in program so people can bring in books to sell them. You can have really fancy books at reasonable price,” said Emily Haley, owner of Velvet Volumes.

They also have a variety of genres including, romance, non-fiction and even kids books. Velvet Volumes is always looking for new books to add, so everyone can find their next favorite book.
