Chester County Football Preview

We preview the Chester county football team. Last season they kicked it off dropping
three of their first four.

However something clicked after the Dyer county loss because they ran hot towards the middle
and end of their season going on a seven game winning
streak. The eagles scored as many as 58 points in a game
and had a great mix on offense of run and pass. Chester county
ended up claiming the region title going 5-0 and a 8-4 overall
regular season record. Now this offseason has brought some
challenges, one being that they lost all their starting offensive lineman and
reserves. So they are in the process of figuring out who their main
guys will be. But, until then head coach Dewond Johnson spoke about who
they will have to lean on and what the next step looks like for the eagles.

“Now our defense is gone be our strong point right now just because we got so many returning starters we still young in the secondary as far as our corners and stuff but we feel like they competing long as they competing as long as they compete we got a shot. Consistency we just want to be more consistent in what we do like i said i told our guys we want to be in the playoffs every year and if we can get in the playoffs you get to the playoffs hey anything can happen and that’s how we look at it with this new region especially this new region if you can get in at four you
sitting in a good spot so we feel real good about it.”
